Qualifying Period
starts on 17th nov 2009 and ends on 24th dec 2009
The Prize : total of 20 set
Each winning Customer shall be awarded 1 pair of lenses worth US$20/ AUD$22.
Contestants are allowed to win more than once.
(20 winners= 20 pairs of lens)
1.Eligibility for the Contest
1.1 Every pair of instock lens purchase during draw period entitle 1 entry for the lucky draw.
1.2 Multiple entries are allowed. (buy 4 pairs = 4 entries)
1.3 All payment for lenses must be cleared by 24 December 2009, 11.59pm on which the Draw closes.
Incomplete/pending payment will not be counted.
2. Announcement of Results
2.1 The draw will be held on christmas day and results will be published on the website.
winners will be inform thru email within a week.
3. Collection of Prizes
3.1 all prizes must be claimed within the stipulated period given in the notfication email.
3.2 The prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable nor refundable for credit or any other item in part or in whole.
*amended 30 dec 2009: winner is allowed to transfer their winning ( 1 pair of lenses worth US$20/ AUD$22) to their friend. winner is suppose to email us regarding the transfer using
their own email address (the one which u used for ordering, the one which i use to contact u).
3.3 All ancillary costs, for example any delivery charges, duties and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
4 General
4.1 shoppingnspree is not responsible and shall not be liable for any losses or damages during the delivery period.
4.2 The decision of Shoppingnspree is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
4.3 Shoppingnspree reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the Draw as they deem fit without prior notice.
